EBF Contacts
EBF Contacts is a secure mobile contact management solution for iOS, iPadOS, and Android. It gives employees reliable access to approved corporate contacts from systems such as Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Exchange On-Premises, Active Directory, HubSpot, CRM platforms, and CSV/JSON sources.
The app helps mobile users quickly find colleagues, identify incoming callers, and access accurate business contact details while working remotely, traveling, or operating in the field. Users can search by name, company, email, phone number, department, and other contact fields.
EBF Contacts also supports offline access, so employees can continue using approved enterprise contacts even without an active network connection. Contact data is stored locally in encrypted form, helping organizations keep business information protected on mobile devices.
For IT teams, EBF Contacts provides a managed way to distribute and control corporate contact data across mobile fleets. It can be used separately from the native Contacts app or integrated with it, depending on the organization’s security needs.
