EBF Files
EBF Files is a secure mobile file access and collaboration solution for iOS, iPadOS, and Android. It gives employees one managed app to access, edit, and synchronize business documents across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
The solution helps users work with files from sources such as OneDrive, SharePoint, corporate file servers, and local drives without switching between multiple apps. Employees can view documents, edit Office files and PDFs, search supported repositories, and access favorite or recently used files.
EBF Files also supports offline work through file synchronization. Users can save selected documents to their device and sync changes back once they reconnect.
To protect business data, files are stored in a secure managed container that separates corporate content from personal apps and storage. EBF Files also supports authentication methods such as NTLM, ADFS, Kerberos, Face ID, and Touch ID.
For IT teams, EBF Files can be deployed and managed through UEM platforms including Microsoft Intune, Omnissa Workspace ONE, Ivanti, Jamf, and BlackBerry.
