Colleges and universities have experienced unprecedented challenges related to the ongoing pandemic, including remote teaching and learning and an accelerating move to cloud services to meet those new remote technology needs. 

The University of Kansas was joined by Nick Lewis from Internet2 and Hunter Ely from Palo Alto Networks to discuss industry collaboration around cloud security, remote access, endpoint detection and response, and security automation. Lewis and Ely also talked about Palo Alto Network's higher education strategy and how the Internet2 NET + program is essential for engaging the higher education community.
