 Attendees joined Decision Lens and the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command to learn how you can deliver data-driven, mission and performance-based decisions to achieve mission critical objectives. Hear from current Army customers and how they drive modernization through better portfolio planning and budgeting as well as reduce risk and improve mission outcomes. 

In this one-hour session, attendees heard Army colleagues who will discuss how they are using Decision Lens today to eliminate redundancies, reduce time to final decisions and make data-driven decisions faster.

Some examples include:

  • Increase objectivity and transparency across the organization
  • Eliminate the bottleneck of multiple spreadsheets with the use of a single system of record
  • Quickly prioritize potential solutions as circumstances change
  • Easily communicate key trade-offs and allocation decisions through scenario-based planning

Decision Lens (DL) is a cloud-based product designed to help DOD organizations streamline planning, efficiently set priorities and smartly allocate resources through data driven decision making.  Currently DL is being used across TRADOC and other Army installations to support requirements prioritization, Risk Assessments, POM planning, UFR’s, CBA tradeoff analysis and human and financial resource allocation.  Other uses include S&T, Facilities planning, Training program prioritization.
