GALENTINE’S DAY 2026: Aligned & Amplified brought together women leaders and emerging leaders for a semi-formal, in-person gathering centered on intentional relationships, alignment, and meaningful connection. The event emphasized honest conversation, guided reflection, and community building beyond traditional networking.

Participants set leadership intentions, engaged in facilitated musical chairs speed networking, built bouquets, wrote letters, reflected on their next season of leadership, and created Becoming Boards for 2026. Attendees connected with 30–45 women in an intimate setting and left with clarity, personalized keepsakes, aligned connections, and meaningful relationships within the GovCon and government community.
