Predict Human Source Value Before You Engage

Event Date: July 15, 2025
Hosted By: Scorelate & ̽»¨ÊÓƵ
In today’s rapidly evolving threat landscape, intelligence agencies face increasing pressure to recruit and manage human sources with greater precision, foresight and strategic confidence. Traditional methods often fall short in identifying hidden risks or predicting source behavior under pressure. Scorelate’s behavioral AI platform is transforming the game—bringing unprecedented accuracy and clarity to the human sourcing process.

During this webinar, attendees:
  • Discovered how intel agencies are transforming their human sourcing and recruitment strategies with Scorelate’s AI platform—delivering 100% accuracy in predicting risks, value and suitability of human sources before engagement.
  • Saw how agencies have leveraged the platform to predict major unforeseen events—including events on par with October 7th and 9/11—before they occurred, validating the platform’s strategic intelligence value.
  • Explored how our behavioral AI engine converts fragmented signals (e.g., resumes, interviews, social data, references) into persona-driven simulations that reveal who to source, how to approach them and what risks may arise.
  • Learned how Scorelate reduces mission risk by simulating asset behavior under pressure, compromise and incentives—allowing for more informed, confident decisions at every stage of the human recruitment pipeline.
  • Previewed how mission-aligned simulation and personality scoring can accelerate trust validation and human source onboarding timelines.

Reimagine recruitment for the next generation

It’s no secret that the job market is currently facing a complicated mix of opportunities and challenges. For government agencies in particular, one main challenge is attracting talent from careers in the private sector. And there’s a lot at stake. On one hand, according to Governing, government employees are increasingly looking to accelerate their retirement, and the White House is also reporting that up to 30% of the US workforce will be eligible to retire in the next five years. What’s more, many of these jobs are highskill and difficult to replace. And because the average age of government employees is high, it’s crucial to recruit young talent that can potentially establish a long career in government—all while filling those skill gaps. On the other hand, employee experience in the public sector is trailing other industries. According to Forrester, only 43% of government workers are satisfied with their job at their agency (compared to 54% in other industries). In short, the public sector competes for the same talent as the private sector—but attracting and retaining that talent is where things can be a bit tricky. Access this resource to learn more!
