In this session, Project Broadcast provided an overview of how the platform works and then explored real-world military use cases focused on recruiting and retention. You’ll hear how the Army Reserve Careers Group (ARCG) and Reserve Component Career Counselors (RCCC) used Project Broadcast to:

• Increase muster attendance by more than 8x while reducing manpower requirements.
• Engage soldiers up to 180 days before separation to support re-enlistment and transition.
• Maintain relationship continuity even as recruiters rotate assignments.
