Florida’s transportation agencies partnered with Ito to standardize and improve multi-agency transit data for more reliable trip planning. Using AI-powered validation, over 100 quality checks corrected inconsistencies in stops, routes, schedules, and timings across Go Lynx, Votran, and SunRail feeds. Real-time service alerts were integrated, ensuring passengers received accurate updates on disruptions and changes. The project delivered a single, high-quality transit feed that enhances routing accuracy, passenger experience, and operational efficiency across the network.
