Martin Rieger is Chief Solutions Officer and VP of Public Sector at Qanapi, where he leads solutions strategy for the company鈥檚 post-quantum encryption and decentralized key management platform (Karst) across federal and defense environments. He is a U.S. military veteran and holds an MBA in Information Security from James Madison University, along with a CISSP certification.
Before Qanapi, Martin held the same Chief Solutions Officer title at stackArmor 鈥� giving him direct, firsthand experience with FedRAMP/FISMA/RMF/CMMC-compliant solution design. Earlier in his career he worked at (ISC)虏, Penguin Computing (HPC), and Emagine IT, a FedRAMP third-party assessment organization (3PAO). He has been quoted discussing Qanapi鈥檚 FedRAMP High, DoD IL4-aligned cloud environment and has appeared on industry panels addressing offensive AI security frameworks.

Evgeny Gervis is CEO of SafeLogic, a cryptographic software company focused on FIPS 140-validated classical and post-quantum cryptography. He has spent almost two decades in software security, holding technical and leadership roles at Synopsys鈥� Software Integrity Group (as Managing Principal), Cigital (later acquired by Synopsys), and Secure Software (later acquired by Fortify).
Evgeny holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Virginia and a graduate degree from Georgetown University鈥檚 McDonough School of Business. He is directly embedded in national post-quantum policy work as an active collaborator on NIST鈥檚 PQC Migration project, leading its Risk Management and Prioritization workstream, and has attended a White House roundtable with the Federal CIO and Federal CISO on PQC migration.
