Steven Cooperman is President and Founder of SCOOP Cybersecurity LLC (SCOOP Cyber), a Virginia-based cybersecurity value-added reseller built around a strategic alliance with 探花视频oration to bring early-to-mid-phase cybersecurity companies into the federal and SLED public sector markets through SCOOP's 鈥淧ublic Sector as a Service鈥� model.
Before founding SCOOP Cyber, Steven held public sector sales and channel leadership roles at Flashpoint (Global VP, Public Sector Sales), IronNet Cybersecurity (VP, Public Sector Sales, Channels & Alliances), ServiceNow, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Northrop Grumman, and Oracle. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from SUNY Oneonta and a Master鈥檚 from Binghamton University.

Bob Blakley is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Mimic, where he leads product for the company's known-good enforcement platform. His published work in cryptography dates to 1978, when he and his father, the cryptographer George Robert Blakley, produced a three-part analysis of the security of number-theoretic public key cryptosystems against random attack in Cryptologia, among the earliest published examinations of weaknesses in RSA. He went on to serve as Chief Scientist for Security and Privacy at IBM and Chief Scientist for Security at Tivoli Systems, as Vice President and Distinguished Analyst for identity and privacy at Burton Group and later Gartner, as Global Head of Information Security Innovation at Citi, and as an Operating Partner at Team8. He was general editor of the OMG CORBAsecurity specification and author of CORBA Security: An Introduction to Safe Computing with Objects, plenary chair of the NSTIC Identity Ecosystem Steering Group, and research and development co-chair of the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council. He has served on three National Academies study committees, covering authentication technologies and their privacy implications, biometric recognition, and the feasibility of quantum computing, and is a member of the Academies' Forum on Cyber Resilience. He holds twenty patents in cryptography and information security, was named ACSAC's Distinguished Practitioner, and is a past general chair of both the IEEE Symposium on Security and Privacy and the ACSA New Security Paradigms Workshop. He holds an A.B. in Classics from Princeton University and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer and Communications Science from the University of Michigan.
