Each customer receives a dedicated PostgreSQL database, providing strong data isolation while simplifying administration, backup, disaster recovery, and security management.

GouldGov provides configurable forms, credential lifecycle management, role-based security, electronic document management, applicant and licensee self-service portals, office administration tools, configurable workflow management, and extensive operational reporting. Agencies can configure credential types, renewal rules, fee schedules, public registry behavior, licensing requirements, and board-specific business processes without requiring custom software development.

Security and compliance are fundamental design principles. The platform incorporates role-based access control, encrypted communications, centralized audit logging, automated backups, disaster recovery planning, secure cloud infrastructure, and comprehensive administrative controls.
