Attendees joined Google Cloud and ̽»¨ÊÓƵ for a discussion on how Google Cloud can help your organization take advantage of the benefits of multi and hybrid cloud. With the exponential growth in data and demand for real-time analytics throughout the DOE, many organizations require additional resources and modern AI/ML services to keep pace with their research efforts. Google Cloud supports this approach by offering tools and technologies that allow customers to rapidly and easily extend their existing on-prem resources to the Cloud to support specific use cases, and move data from one cloud services provider (CSP) to another.

We explored DOE use cases and examples on how to increase velocity while decreasing costs of cloud bases DOE research. Google would like to partner with DOE labs to explore ways and develop prototypes to help augment and compliment their significant on-premise resources with cloud.
