How can I get support with my Business Profile?
Contact business-support@uber.com for help with your business profile. For trip or order-related issues, please contact Rider/Eater support directly through your app.

Did my agency approve this program? Can I use it?
This is an optional program available to all state, local, tribal, and K–12 employees with a government email. More than 50,000 government employees have an Uber for Business profiles. Refer to your agency’s travel policies to confirm how rides and meals can be expensed.

Can I use my Business Profile to order meals?
Yes. Your Business Profile works for both rides and meals, including tax-exempt orders where applicable. Just make sure you switch to your Business Profile at checkout.

Do I need to use a work phone to enroll?
No. You can use your personal phone to download the Uber app and link your Business Profile. Just be sure to enroll with your government work email.

What payment methods can I use?
You can add both personal and business payment methods in the Uber app. Just be sure to select your Business Profile when booking work rides or meals so expenses stay separate.

I鈥檓 a federal employee. Do I have access?
This program is for state, local, tribal, and K–12 school district employees. Federal employees have a separate Uber for Business enrollment process through GSA.
